Conference Venue

This year’s ELPUB conference will be held at the Faculty of Information at the University of Toronto. Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, the Faculty of Information is a meeting place for social, scholarly and professional events and pursuits.

The recently renovated Inforum Library is the learning commons of the Faculty of Information, bringing together users, resources, services, technology, and expert staff together in one physical location, as well as many virtual spaces.  No other information school in Canada has anything like it!

We wish to acknowledge the land on which the University of Toronto operates. For thousands of years it has been the traditional land of the Huron-Wendat, the Seneca, and most recently, the Mississaugas of the Credit River. Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous people from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work on this land.
