Travel Scholarships

Diversity and inclusion are central to the success of ELPUB 2018 in Toronto, and we recognize that cost can be a significant barrier to participation. The Travel Scholarships fund is intended to provide support to participants who are studying or working in a country where resources to support international conference attendance are limited, or simply do not exist.

We will be using some criteria to guide us in making funding decisions, namely:

• First priority will be given to authors or co-authors who have been accepted to present at the conference. More information about our Call for Papers and Participation is available here. Secondary priority will be given to applicants who wish to attend without presenting.
• We will also take into account the applicant’s need and region when making funding decisions.

We will be offering varying levels of support. If you have alternative sources of funding and require only partial support (for example, conference fee support only), you will have the opportunity to identify that in the form below.
